Patient 4

The patient is 47 years old. Height 5′8 ½ and weight is 140 pounds. This patient has a previous bilateral submuscular saline augmentation. Bilateral inframammary incisions were utilized, and the implants were placed under the chest muscle. Smooth round silicone gel implants were used, this patient changed from saline implants to silicone gel implants. 375cc silicone gel implants were placed on the right and left side. The after photos of this patient were taken 4 months postoperatively.
