Patient 5

This patient is 44 years old. Height is 5′4′ and weight is 110 pounds. This patient had previous submuscular silicone gel augmentation, and has significant capsular contraction with deformity of the breasts. Bilaterally, inframammary incisions were used to perform capsulectomies. Smooth, round 450cc silicone gel implants were placed under the chest muscle, following the patient’s desire to be a bit larger in size. The after photographs of this patient were taken 6 weeks postoperatively.
