The patient is 47 years old. Height 5’8 ½ and weight is 140 pounds. This patient has a previous bilateral submuscular saline augmentation. Bilateral inframammary incisions were utilized, and the implants were placed under the chest muscle. Smooth round silicone gel implants were used, this patient changed from saline implants to silicone gel implants. 375cc silicone gel implants were placed on the right and left side. The after photos of this patient were taken 4 months postoperatively.

Patient 5

This patient is 44 years old. Height is 5’4′ and weight is 110 pounds. This patient had previous submuscular silicone gel augmentation, and has significant capsular contraction with deformity of the breasts. Bilaterally, inframammary incisions were used to perform capsulectomies. Smooth, round 450cc silicone gel implants were placed under the chest muscle, following the patient’s desire to be a bit larger in size. The after photographs of this patient were taken 6 weeks postoperatively.

This patient is 24 years old. Height is 5’8′, and weight is 134 pounds. Bilateral inframammary incisions were utilized, and the implants were placed under the chest muscle. A smooth, round 375cc saline implant was placed on the right, with a fill volume of 410cc, and a 350cc implant was placed on the left with a fill volume of 360cc. The after photos for this patient were taken 1 month postoperatively.
