This patient is 56 years old. Height is 5’5″ and weight is 117 pounds. Bilateral inframammary incisions were utilized, and the implants were placed under the chest muscle. Smooth, round 325cc saline implants were placed, with the fill volume of 330cc on the right and left sides. The after photos for this patient were taken 2 months postoperatively.

Smooth, round silicone gel implants were used, 300cc implants on the right and left sides. The after photos for this patient were taken 2 years postoperatively.

Smooth round silicone gel implants were used, 375cc implant placed on the right side and 325cc implant placed on the left side. The after photos for this patient were taken 2 months postoperatively.
