This patient is 32 years old. Height 5’2″and weight is 114 pounds. Bilateral imframammary incisions were utilized, and the implants were placed under the chest muscle. Smooth round silicone gel implants were used, 325cc implant on the right side and 300cc implant on the left side. The after photos for this patient were taken 1 month postoperatively.

This patient is 36 years old. Height is 5’5 and weight 125 pounds. Bilateral inframammary incisions were utilized, and 350 cc smooth round silicone gel implants were placed under the chest muscle. An abdominal umbilical contour deformity was repaired at the same time, and the patient had previous abdominoplasty and hernia repair. Photographs were taken 9 months postoperatively.

The patient is 40 years old, 5′ 6/12″ and weighs 129 pounds. Preoperative bra size was 36 A. Breast Augmentation was performed with Silicone smooth, round implants placed under the pectoralis muscle. Implant sizes were 300 cc on the right and 325 cc on the left.
