The patient is 45 years old, 5′ 7 1/2 ” and weighs 145 pounds. Preoperative bra size was a B. Breast augmentation was performed with silicone smooth, round implants placed under the pectoralis muscle.
Implant sizes were 375 cc on the right and 350 cc on the left.
