Debbie Lander
Debbie Lander is Dr. Lohner’s Office Manager and Patient Coordinator. Debbie has worked in the field of plastic surgery for more than 25 years. Her compassionate personality and confidence help to make the patient’s feel at ease. Debbie and Dr. Lohner have been a team for more than 14 years and in 1999, when Dr. Lohner went into a solo practice Debbie was by his side to help him establish and create the unique practice that it is today. She manages the doctor’s surgery schedule and knows the ins and outs of all of the financial matters related to insurance and cosmetic procedures.
Karen Ciarrochi, RN
Karen is our Nursing Coordinator and is responsible for our patient’s clinical care. She is a graduate from Thomas Jefferson University, and has worked 10 years in the field. She brings her extensive knowledge of Aesthetic and Reconstructive surgery to the practice. Karen works closely with Dr. Lohner to provide quality care for all of our patients. Brendan Jones
Brendan is the financial officer for the office of Dr. Lohner. Brendan coordinates the insurance, patient billing, and financial affairs. He maintains a B.A. of Economics from Gettysburg College. Brendan will be happy to answer any of your insurance or billing questions.
Dee Reinhardt
Dee is the Front Desk Coordinator and has been working for Dr. Lohner since 2003. Dee warmly greets each patient as they come to the office and prides herself in keeping the patients charts in tip-top shape. Dee also helps to answer the busy phones.

Regie Wise has been working in the fields of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Dermatology as a Medical Skin Care Specialist and Camouflage Therapist for over 20 years. She is recognized as both a pioneer and entrepreneur in her field. Regie is an experienced lecturer and has presented at medical meetings in the field of Plastic Surgical Skin Care and Dermatology. She has appeared on national news segments several times for her work in camouflage therapy and various medical grade skin peels. In the year 2000, she created the Tri-level and Multi-Level Peels. These are custom epidermal peels designed to treat acne, photodamage and aging skin. In 2002, Philadephia Magazine awarded her an acknowledgement as “Best of Philly” for her work in Microdermabrasion and Skin Peels. In 2005, Philadelphia Magazine again awarded Regie “Best of Philly” for “Best Medical Facial Treatment”.
Regie is a certified Laser Specialist and is skilled in the newest technologies for the treatment of permanent hair reduction, spider veins, and unwanted age spots and pigmentation. She is accomplished in the newest non-ablative techniques in skin rejuvenation to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, photodamage and scarring.
She is the Director and Founder of the Cool River Aesthetic Center for Skin Rejuvination in Rosemont, Pennsylvania and has established a total of eight Medical Skin Care Centers in the fields of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Dermatology. In 1984, she created The Camouflage Clinic at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in the Departments of Dermatology and the Facial Reconstruction Center. As a Camouflage Therapist, Regie has helped people of all ages to normalize their appearance with the use of cosmetics.
Regie is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as an aesthetician and has numerous other certifications in the field of Medical Skin Rejuvination, Laser and the art of Camouflage Therapy.
Nancy Bellis has been a medical Aesthetician since 1995, specializing in the fields of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Dermatology. She is a licensed Aesthetician in the state of Pennsylvania and has extensive certifications in medical grade peels. Nancy is trained as a Camouflage Therapist and has worked at Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania, patients with trauma and patients post surgery to normalize their appearance. She is a certified Laser Specialist, treating unwanted hair growth, photodamage, wrinkles, scarring, and veins.
Nancy has “a passion for the physiology and complexities of skin” and Philadelphia Magazine named her “Best of Philly” for “Best Medical Facial Treatment” in 2005. She has been a longstanding member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists where she has been a featured speaker.
Heather Bryant is a licensed aesthetician in the State of Pennsylvania and is also a certified Laser Specialist. She attended The Pennsylvania State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004. Prior to her graduation, Heather decided to pursue her passion of skincare in aesthetics and completed her schooling at the top of her class. Regie has been her mentor for three years, and in January of 2006, Heather began extensive training with her as a Medical Aesthetician. Heather’s friendly and pleasant manner helps her clients feel completely comfortable, educated and excited about their program.
