Patient Description
The Patient Is 38 Years Old, 5′ 6”, And Weighs 118 Pounds. Preoperative Bra Size Was An A/B Cup. The Patient Developed Post-partum Changes Of The Breasts With Ptosis. Breast Augmentation Was Performed Without A Breast Lift Using Saline Smooth Round Implants Placed Under The Pectoralis Muscle. Implant Sizes Were 375cc On The Right Side And 360cc On The Left.
