63 Year Old Presented With Concerns Related To Facial Aging And Eyelid Aesthetics. Presented With Laxity Of The Lower Eyelid And Some Lateral Rounding. She Also Had Volume Loss Of The Face With Significant Elastosis. The Patient Underwent A Smass Plication Procedure With Upper Lid Blepharoplasty And A Bilateral Lower Lid Blepharoplasty With A Lateral Canthopexy To Tighten The Lower Eyelid Region.
