65 Year Old Previous Facelift 10 Years Ago. The Patient Has A Fair Amount Of Asymmetry, Possibly Related To A Left Sided Hematoma She Had Sustained At The Time. She Underwent A Secondary Facelift Procedure With Submental Plication, Revision Of A Lower Lid Blepharoplasty And Extensive Fat Grafting, Especially To The Left Cheek And Left Jaw Line Regions.
