50 Year Old Who Presented With Breast Ptosis As Well As A Significant History Of Abdominal Surgery. She Has Extensive Scarring Of The Abdominal Wall And Was Hoping To Improve The Scarring As Well As The Abdominal Contouring. She Underwent Simultaneous Bilateral Breast Lift Using A Vertical Mastopexy Technique And A Full Abdominoplasty With Aggressive Skin Excision, Liposuction But No Muscle Wall Plication.
