Patient Description
42 Year Old Underwent Lap Band Procedure With A Resultant 75 Pound Weight Loss. The Patient Demonstrated Breast Deflation With Ptosis And Contour Irregularity Of The Abdominal Wall, Secondary To Both Soft Tissue Laxity As Well As Muscle Separation. She Was Noted To Have An Umbilical Hernia Preoperatively As Well. The Patient Underwent A Single-staged Bilateral Mastopexy With Full Abdominoplasty Including Direct Defatting, Suction Assisted Lipectomy And Repair Of Her Umbilical Hernia Simultaneously.
