19 Year Old With Long Standing Nasal Airway Obstruction, Prominent Dorsum Interested In Improving His Nasal Aesthetics. The Patient Had A Prominent Dorsum, Elevated, Underwent A Tip Defining Procedure With Lowering Of The Dorsum And Lowering Of The Columellar Region. This Was Performed Using An Open Rhinoplasty Technique.
